Enhancing merchandising, lifecycle retention, and internal tool workflows of a streaming platform.

I worked on the P+ INTL product marketing team in the summer of 2023 to better merchandise and personalize content on a top 10 streaming platform. The team was attempting to address the problem of high churn rates from the platform through improving the product experience.


I had four main projects of the summer.


Bringing undiscovered and under merchandised gems to light.




Once implemented, I would cut the average from 14% of non-shown titles internationally to 9.25%.


Supporting efforts to create better navigation and content discovery on the browse page.





Optimizing UX retention flows through A/B testing proposals.








Improving efficiency of internal carousel tooling.
